Project Overview

We have been hosting and supporting the Orgin BJJ website for a number of years now. Pete Roberts at Origin BJJ came to us at the beginning of November to talk about some design changes for their website. They also wanted it to be mobile friendly because they get a lot of mobile traffic. They were looking for a big launch right before Black Friday later in the month for a big sale they were doing. 

Pete supplied the new design and we were able to build the new site for the week before Thanksgiving. The new website has updated branding, more promotional opportunities on the home page, and is completely mobile friendly. 

The home page has a lot of content on it and was challenging to make it work for smaller mobile devices. We implemented a responsive slideshow for the featured videos so that it goes from 3 videos down to 1 on smaller screens. You can still slide left or right to access the other videos. We also changed the large hero slideshow at the top to a static image for smaller mobile devices.
