Billing policies
Refunds and cancellations
There is no contract to sign to use the Aptuitiv platform. You can cancel the service at any time by calling 1-207-860-4040
No refunds will be made for the current monthly period if you pay for one month at a time. If you pay annually, you will be refunded for any unused full months.
If you hire Aptuitiv to work on your website, any refunds or cancellations are subject to the terms of the service work contract.
Data removal requests
Under GDPR, you have the right to request that we remove all data related to you. Please see our privacy policy for what is collected.
