Users and permissions in Aptuitiv

Two types of users

There are two types of users in Aptuitiv, and they are managed and kept separate by design:

  1. Admin users - those who can access the administration to manage content.
  2. Public users - customers and other accounts that can log into the public site to access password-protected content, manage their accounts, and do other customer-related functions.

Admin users

In the Plus and Pro Aptuitiv plans, you can set up unlimited users.

The Pro plan includes user permissions, allowing you to control which content an admin user can edit.

Public users

Public users are used for customer accounts or to allow certain people to access password-protected pages.

Create pages that only board members can access, set up team-only pages, or paid-only content for customers.
