Import Universal app items into the new administration

You can now import Universal app items into the new administration using a CSV file. This is another feature that the old admin had, and now the new one does too.

The import process has also been improved to better handle importing into repeating fields.

You can optionally choose to assign the imported items to one or more categories during the import process.
