Directory App Migration to New Admin

We have finished migrating the Directory app to the new administration. This also included some additional improvements.

• Profiles now have a new Phone field that lets you capture the phone type, phone number, and extension in one field. The phone number can also have optional formatting. 
• We added support for Tags in the Directory app. This gives another level of organization.
