Aptuitiv offers several ways to handle the billing and support of your customers. Take a look at our options below and choose the one that best fits your business model.

 

  1. Everything goes through you.

    We bill and support you as our partner. Support for your customers is provided by you and you decide how much to bill your customers.

  2. We handle the billing for you, so that you don't have to.*

    We bill and support your customers at our standard base price for the plan they are on.

  3. Name your price.*

    We support your customers and you tell us how much to bill and you pocket any extra. Payments will be made via Paypal once the balance reaches $50.

 

*Plans where Aptuitiv provides the support and bills your customers have an extra $5.00 added to the plans base price per month to cover processing fees and support.

*Initial training is to be provided by the partner if they were responsible for building the website for the client.
